Spiritual Self-Inquiry: Relationship as Mindfulness Practice (offered in 2015)

If you missed the talk but would like to learn more about mindful relationship practice, my expanded essay can be found here:  Relationship as Mindfulness Practice

Your relationships with your significant others can be an opportunity to practice mindfulness.  Learn how to talk with those with whom you are the closest, despite impasses that may have developed over the years.  In new relationships, establish ways to talk with each other that help each day be a day of discovery.

Leslie Ihde is a psychotherapist and spiritual teacher who uses spiritual self-inquiry to help individuals articulate the questions that lie hidden within them.  Once found, these questions can be transformed into directives for your journey.  Since relationships are a fundamental vehicle for fulfillment, and frustrations with them are commonplace, Leslie uses relationships as the focal point of a self-discovery effort.  Her mindful relationship work is not couple’s counseling; it is a way of using the search for satisfaction as a path.  Her goal is to help you transcend the difficulties natural to human relation.

Join Leslie for an introduction to Spiritual Self-Inquiry.  She will share wisdom gleaned from over 30 years of experience.  This talk is open to all at no cost.  So bring your spouse, your friend or just yourself and your open heart.
