  • we describe our work as a Western approach to Eastern wisdom
  • we aspire to help individuals attain spiritual freedom without rejecting thought and thinking
  • we continue to work to deepen our own attainments without assuming the process is 'done'
  • we honor the insights of many traditions, not just our own

I see that you are psychotherapists.  Do you also offer psychotherapy?

  • we offer psychotherapy that is supportive of the process of self-inquiry
  • we believe that psychotherapy is compatible with self-inquiry and often necessary before the deeper work can begin

What qualifies you to offer guided Spiritual Self-Inquiry?

  • Over thirty years of study under a deeply enlightened teacher

Is Spiritual Self-Inquiry Intellectual?

  • not at all; at all times we encourage an existential relation to thought
  • the intellect is a valuable tool but it is not the only tool needed
  • a physical practice like yoga is a supportive 
  • intuition can be very valuable
